I am addicted to any beets, and have been since I was a child. I always love to make them boiled or roasted, but I had never had pickled before. I got lucky enough to find Hikofoods and try their pickled baby beets. Oh gosh what a game changer these are! They’re so sweet but tangy, full of flavor and the gorgeous color. I used them to make a delicious beet hummus with a veggie platter, and the whole family was enjoying every bite. I also use the baby beets as appetizers on little dishes to go with other party foods. They are like little pieces of candy, but so healthy with no added bad ingredients. All natural healthy food, that can be enjoyed by everyone. And they’re so round, and the perfect little size for kids, so kids enjoy them too because they look like bright agents candy.
